We have been expecting Apple to announce the sequel to its iPhone 5, most of us was expecting it to be some time around September or October of this year but according to the rumor-mill, it would appear that the device may be launched in July. The rumor started after some leaked documents that originated from carrier KDDI hit the internet.
According to the documents that were leaked by Nowherelse, the Apple iPhone 5S will go up for pre-order with KDDI on the 20th of June which could mean that the handset will be announced at Apple’s upcoming World Wide Developer Conference in June.
Rumors states that the iPhone 5S will share a similar design to the existing iPhone 5, but it will be getting new hardware which include a 13-megapixel camera plus it is also expected to feature a fingerprint scanner. The iPhone 5S is also expected to debut with Apple’s next major version of the iOS platform which will be iOS 7.
