The Samsung Galaxy Alpha is now officially available on the United States Market, the handset is now being sold from online retailer Expansys, and if you decided to get the unlocked version of the handset it will set you back $699.99. The handset was recently launched in the UK and one of the most noteworthy features is its metal casing.
The Alpha comes fitted with a 4.7-inch HD Super AMOLED display with a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels, its powered by an 8 core Samsung Exynos 5430 processor with 2GB of RAM and up to 32GB of built-in storage.
The device comes with dual cameras; an 12 megapixel camera on the rear and a 2.1 megapixel shooter upfront for self portraits. The device also features a 1860 mAh battery, WiFi, Bluetooth, NFC and 4G LTE, it comes with the latest version of Google’s mobile OS, Android 4.4.4 KitKat.
