Other than releasing two variants of the Galaxy Tab 2, Samsung decided to add another variant to its Galaxy Note series, other than the 5-inch Galaxy Note Smartphone that was unveiled at the CES 2012, the company just unveiled the Galaxy Note 10.1 Tablet at MWC 2012.

The Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 Tablet is basically a Note-ized version of the Galaxy Tab 2 10.1, it comes with a 10.1-inch PLS 1280×800 resolution touchscreen display with S Pen stylus and the S Note tool that lets combine notes or sketches together with web content, images and other digital media into your own personalized storyboards. The tablet also comes with pre-installed templates for meeting minutes, recipe, cards, diary, magazine and more.

The Galaxy Note Tablet is powered by a 1.4GHz dual-core processor, 1GB of RAM and will be available in three models; 16GB, 32GB and 64GB. All models will feature a 3-megapixel rear-facing camera with autofocus and LED flash, Full HD video recording, a 2-megapixel front-facing camera for video chatting and will run Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich right out the box with Samsung’s TouchWiz Interface.

It also comes with Samsung applications such as Samsung Apps, Hubs, and S Pen Experience apps plus Adobe Photoshop Touch and Adobe Ideas photo-editing software. Connectivity options includes Bluetooth 3.0, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n and they all have a microSD card slot for expansion.

Like the Galaxy Tab 2, the Galaxy Note 10.1 will be available in 3G+WiFi and WiFi-only versions, the 3G version supports GPS/AGPS and quad-band GSM/EDGE and quad-band 21Mbps HSPA networks.
