Samsung official made the announcement for the launch of the Galaxy Note Edge Smartphone at the IFA alongside the Samsung Note 4, and both devices are now available in Japan. The Galaxy Note Edge is now available for pre-order from mobile carriers NTT DoCoMo and KDDI, and the handset will launch in Japan by the end of the month.
The Galaxy Note Edge comes fitted with a 5.6-inch curved QHD display with a 2560 x 1440 resolution, and its powered by a quad core Snapdragon or 8 core Samsung Exynos processor with 3GB of RAM. The Galaxy Note Edge also features a 16-megapixel camera on the rear, a front facing 3.7-megapixel camera for quality selfies plus other noteworthy features such as WiFi, Bluetooth and A-GPS.
The Galaxy Note Edge comes running the Android 4.4 KitKat Operating system right out the box, no pricing details has been found for the Japan-based version of the Galaxy Note Edge Smartphone.
