Samsung just announced its latest Android-powered smartphone which goes by the name Samsung Galaxy R Style. The Galaxy R Style is expected to be launched in South Korea early next month, it comes equipped with a 4.3-inch Super AMOLED display, it features 4G connectivity which seems to be its most advertised feature.
Like most of Samsung’s latest smartphones, the Galaxy R Style is also powered by the Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich OS. The Galaxy R Style takes the same design as the Galaxy R which was released in 2011 and also looks similar to the design on the Galaxy S II.
Other specifications of the Galaxy R Style measures 9.78 mm thick and 128 x 64.5 in size, under the hood there’s a dual core 1.5GHz processor, it has a 5-Megapixel camera on the rear, 16GB of onboard storage capacity, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0 and NFC connectivity.
Galaxy R Style will be available in South Korea from next month and it will retail for the price of 700,000 KRW which is equivalent to $594, it will be available from three carriers but there’s no word if the handset will ever grace the shores of the U.S. or Canada.
