Samsung Electronics has added a new model to its RF series of notebook that comes with 3D capability. It is the Sens RF712 Notebook PC that comes with a 17.3-inch full HD Super Bright Plus display, there are also standard specifications such as 400 nits of brightness and is also considered as the brightest 3D laptop on the market. It is powered by Intel’s Sandy Bridge Platform which includes a Core i7 Quad-Core Processor, an AMD HD6650M video card with 2GB of VRAM, up to 8GB of DDR3 RAM and up to 750GB of on-board storage. The device also comes with Samsung’s Fast Start that promises a fast boot up in approximately 3 seconds, it comes with Power Plus battery technology that will deliver up to three times more battery life than the ordinary notebook battery. Other specifications includes Bluetooth, USB 3.0 ports, WiFi connectivity, Blu-ray Drive plus it supports 2D to 3D conversion and ships with a pair of 3D Glasses. The Samsung Sens RF712 will be available on the South Korean Market starting May 2 for 2.6 mil Won which is about $2,400 in the US.
