Sanyo unveils its new WXGA projector, the LP-WM5500 with a high 5,500 lumens brightness. This projector is ideal for large conference rooms and lecture halls. It features a 1280×800 WXGA resolution, 800:1 contrast ratio 90% uniformity and of course a brightness at 5500 ANSI Lumens.
Sanyo’s LP-WM5500 also features New Optical Engine, Active Maintenance Filter system (AMF) and the “Picture-in-Picture Mode” and “Picture-by-Picture Mode” for simultaneous projection of two images. When it comes to connectivity, there is a HDMI 1.3 input, D-sub, composite, component, S-video, 3.5mm audio jack, Ethernet LAN port, USB port and a D-sub 9 control port. It is expected to be released on the 21th of June 2010 for 1,047,900 yen.
