Sanyo unveiled two new full HD camcorders, the VPC-HD2000A and the VPC-FH1A. Both of these new camcorders has the capability to shoot 8 megapixel shots with a 10x optical zoom plus they both can also record in 1080p and 1080i at 60 fps and iFrame recording at a 960 x 540 resolution at 30fps.
The Sanyo VPC-HD2000A and the VPC-FH1A cams are the first of its kind to offer iFrame Recording, a next generation video format designed specifically to allow users to easily import, edit and share high quality videos. The VPC-HD2000A comes with a 2.7-inch LCD while the VPC-FH1A has a 3-inch LCD and an HDMI output. They both support SD/SDHC media cards and are presently available, VPC-HD2000A for $599.99 and the VPC-FH1A runs at $499.99
