Sapphire has unveiled a new mini PC, the Edge-HD3 Mini PC which is the successor of the company’s first original Edge-HD2 Mini PC. The Edge-HD3 features specs in the same range as the Acer Revo 70 that we put under the spotlight yesterday.
Under the hood, the Edge-HD3 packs a 1.60GHz AMD E-450 single-core APU, unlike its predecessor that was powered by an Intel Atom processor, the Edge-HD3 is equipped with 320GB of Hard Drive storage and 4GB of RAM. The Edge-HD3 Mini Desktop PC also features the same compact frame as its predecessor, it ships with an HDMI-DVI converter cable in the box, there’s an HDMI port, two USB 3.0 ports, two USB 2.0 ports, an Ethernet port and the unit also has built-in WiFi connectivity.
The Sapphire Edge-HD3 Mini Desktop PC comes blank out the box so you will need to install your favorite Windows OS. No word on availability or pricing but check out more on the Sapphire website.
