Sharp has plans to release a new tablet that will target office users, the new tablet runs on the Android platform and goes by the model name RW-T110. The Sharp RW-T110 tablet is a 10.1-inch device that comes equipped with a touchscreen display that offers a 1280×800 pixel resolution and runs the Android 2.3 Gingerbread OS.
The business-oriented RW-T110 has a 1GHz TI OMAP processor which is being complimented by 1GB of RAM and 8GB of onboard storage which can be expanded using the microSD card slot ofcourse. Other essential features for the office includes WiFi 802.11 a/b/g/n and Bluetooth 2.1 connetivity, the tablet features aGPS support, micro USB, HDMI, a 3-megapixel rear-facing camera, it lacks a front-facing camera but the company also added NFC (Near Field Communication).
The RW-T110 Business Tablet packs a 6,240mAh battery that promises up to 9 hours of office duties or if you want to use it for continuous video payback time. Sharp rolls out the new business tablet on March 27th, but no pricing details available just yet.
