Shuttle has announced its new ultra-compact XG41 Barebone PC on the European Market today. The new compact unit is based on Intel’s LGA775 platform and comes in a casing that measures a mere 242 (L) x 200 (W) x 73 (H) mm. The new XG41 compact barebone packs the power of the Core 2 Duo, Pentium Dual Core, Celeron Dual-core or Celeron 4xx processors.
There are also other specifications which includes a two 2.5-inch hard drive bays and one 3.5-inch bay, there are two DDR3 slots that enables the device to hold up to 8GB of RAM and a G41 motherboard. There are three SATA 3.0 Gbps ports, an HDMI output, Gigabit Ethernet, one Mini-PCIe slot and a 5.1 channel audio system.
The Shuttle XG41 Barebone computer is presently available on the European market for the price of €159.
