Sony also announced three new Camcorder from their Handycam HDR-Series which all comes with built-in LED-based projectors. They are the Handycam HDR-PJ50V, HDR-PJ30V and HDR-PJ10 which all comes with a flip-out 3-inch Clear Photo LCD PLUS panel that has the projector on its back. The built-in projector that is found on each device has the ability to projector images up to 60-inch, offers up to 10 lumens brightness and delivers a 640×360 resolution. The HDR-PJ50V and HDR-PJ30V comes with a 12x optical zoon Sony G lens while the HDR-PJ10 offers 30x optical zoom, they are equipped with a 4.2 Megapixel back-illuminted Exmor R CMOS sensor for 1920×1080 Full HD 60p Recording and 7 Megapixel (3Mpix for PJ10) still image capturing, not to mention advanced features such as built-in GPS Navigation, BIONZ image processor, Optical SteadyShot image stabilization with Active Mode, Face Detection, 5.1-channel surround microphone with wind noise reduction and a Golf Shot mode.
All three new Full HD Camcorder with built-in projector are presently up for pre-order on Amazon with the HDR-PJ50V going for a price of $999 and should be released in April while the HDR-PJ30V and HDR-PJ10 should be available in March for a price of $950 and $700, respectively.
