In addition to the new colors to the PS Vita Handheld device, Sony also announced an even slimmer and lighter PlayStation 3 that they have decided to call the Super Slim PlayStation 3. The company unveiled the new and lighter PS3 console at the Tokyo Game Show.
The new PlayStation 3 Console features a slimmer design with a rounded plastic encasing and wide-body appearance. The new console is 20 percent smaller and 25 percent lighter than the existing Slim model. The Super Slim model measures only 11.4-inches wide, 2.36 inches tall by 9.05 inches deep.
