Sony has just announced the release of its new VPL-FHZ55 3LCD projector, it is a laser light source projector which is based on a blue laser light source.
The Sony VPL-FHZ55 3LCD Laser Light Source projector features a 1920 x 1200 WUXGA resolution and other specifications such as a 16:10 aspect ratio, 4000 ANSI lumens brightness and a laser light source that provides up to 20,000 hours of expected light.
The device features a design that hosts most of its connectivity ports on the front right below the lens, there’s an HDMI input, VGA, Ethernet port, S Video, audio and more ports.
Sony plans to show off its ground-breaking VPL-FHZ55 lase light source projector at the Sony’s InfoComm exhibit which will take place on June 12th in Orlando, Fl. The device will be available for retail in August 2013.
