Sony took wraps off the Xperia M2 at the 2014 Mobile World Congress, now we’re about to see its successor at this year’s Mobile World Congress in Barcelona, the Xperia M3. The new Xperia smartphone has showed up in the GFXBench which has been rumored to be the Xperia M3.
The benchmark reveals that the Xperia M3 will come fitted with a 4.6-inch qHD display with a resolution of 540 x 960 pixels and powered by a quad-core MediaTek MT6752 processor clocked at 1.5GHz. Other specifications revealed that the device is an entry-level device with Malti-T760 GPU, 1GB of RAM and only 8GB of internal storage.
It will feature a 5MP rear camera and a 2MP front-facing camera, it supports WiFi and Bluetooth connectivity. The benchmark also suggests that the device will run Android 4.4.4 KitKat operating system right out the box!
