Sprint 3G/4G Plug-in-Connect Offers Software-Free Internet Connection

Sprint U602 Plug-In-Connect
Like the Clear Stick Atlas that requires no added software for connection, Sprint has announced its new Sprint 3G/4G Plug-in-Connect USB modem that supports both its CDMA and WiMAX networks. The device offers a plug-and-play experience allowing the user to simply plug the USB modem into their computer for instant access to either of its networks without installing any drivers or programs.

Unlike most modems that requires installation of drivers and management softwares in order to get connected to the world wide web, the Plug-in-Connect modem works just like an Ethernet adapter and uses a computer’s built-in networking protocols. The Plug-in-Connect features a USB flash drive -like design, it has a rotating USB connector, it has external antenna ports and offers GPS services as well.

Sprint is presently offering the Plug-In-Connect USB Modem to consumers and business customers for free, after rebate, when purchased with a new two-year contract.
