T-Mobile Motorola Defy Rugged Android Phone now Official
T-Mobile USA and Motorola has announced the upcoming Motorola Defy Rugged Android Phone, the handset was debut on the Oprah Winfrey Show on September 13 and it is expected to be available exclusively to T-Mobile customers just in time for the holiday season. The Defy runs the Android 2.1 OS with Motorola’s MOTOBLUR social networking integration, it measures 59 x 107 x 13.4 mm and weighs approximately 118 grams.

Some of its main features includes a 3.7-inch scratch-resistant touchscreen display with 480 x 854 pixel resolution, there is a 5-Megapixel camera with Flash, powered by a 800 MHz OMAP processor all protected by a dust proof, scratch and water resistant casing. Other essential features are its WiFi connectivity, Bluetooth 2.1, GPS Navigation, USB 2.0, 512MB of RAM, 2GB of built-in storage, 1540 mAh battery, pre-installed Google services including Google Search, Google Maps and Gmail plus other pre-installed features such as Flash Lite and CrystalTalk PLUS noise cancellation technology that helps to block out noisy environments while having a conversation.
