Toshiba Japan has announce its upcoming tablet device dubbed the Regza AT300. It is a 10.1-inch Android Tablet that features a 1280×800 LED WXGA touchscreen display with power-saving LED backlight, it is powered by a 1GHz Dual-Core NVIDIA Tegra 2 Processor, it has 16GB of flash memory and 1GB of RAM. The AT300 is kinda similar to the XOOM tablet from Motorola as it also runs the Android 3.0 Honeycomb, has a 5-megapixel rear facing camera and a 2-megapixel front-facing camera for video chats. It also has WiFi connectivity, an SD card slot for memory expansion, a mini USB and USB ports plus it can also be integrated with HDTV, Blu-ray players and other devices using its built-in HDMI output port. The Regza AT300 measures 177x273x15.8mm and weighs in at approximately 756g plus it also comes with a battery life of about 7 hours from a single charge. it is expected to be launched on the Japanese Market in June for a price of around $700US.
