Toshiba’s newest internet tablet device is here, the Toshiba Journe Touch MID comes with a 7-inch touchscreen interface and runs the Windows CE OS. To back up the Windows CE, there is a ARM processor. The Toshiba MID also uses Wi-Fi Connectivity and its Web Browser to connect to the internet so the user can access Picasa, YouTube, Flickr and your instant messaging services from the Journe Touch.
The device has an aluminum casing and a base station that has USB and HDMI outputs (sold separately). The Toshiba Journe Touch MID is HD-Ready and is presently available with a suggested retail price of 249 Euros.
