Verbatim new line of USB portable hard drives
To celebrate their 40th anniversary, Verbatim has introduced a new line of uSB portable hard drives at the CES 2010 in Las Vegas. The new USB Hard Drive series includes the Titan XS, CLON, MyClone and InSight.

The Verbatim Titan XS is the smallest of the four and features a rubber enclosure and internal anti-shock mechanism to help guard the data during impact. It is scheduled for release next month is 320, 500 and 640GB storage capacities. The Verbatim CLON is lightweight and compact weighing just 4.8oz, it also has a rugged exterior and resistant to fingerprints, scuffs and shocks. It comes in 250, 320, 500 or 640GB storage capacities with an automated backup software is already installed.

The Verbatim MyClone is a palm-sized hard drive which comes in 250, 320, 500 and 640GB storage capacities and available in the color of black with the 320 and 500GB version also available in blue. The MyClone comes with pre-loaded backup software and USB Turbo Speed for better-than-usual speed over USB 2.0. Then there is the Verbatim InSight which is the only of the group to have an integrated LCD display which will permanently display a personalized name and the amount of free storage, even while disconnected from the computer. Software included enables full system backup or restore functions as well as optional password protection. InSight comes in 320 and 500GB models.
