Vivo is reportedly planning to release a new high-end smartphone in early May, and could come to market bearing the name Vivo XShot. This isn’t the first time the device is being mentioned, and is currently expected to become official on May 7. The Vivo XShot will come equipped with a 5-inch touchscreen display capable of delivering a 1920 x 1080 pixels resolution.
It comes with a 24-megapixel camera on the back, with f/1.8 aperture, Optical Image Stabilization, and dual LED flash. It will be powered by a 2.5GHz quad-core Snapdragon 801 processor with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage.
With a really impressive camera on the rear of the device, Vivo is also making the front-camera just as noteworthy. There will be a 7.68-megapixel front camera for making video calls. The Vivo XShot Smartphone also runs Google’s Android 4.3 Jelly Bean operating right out of the box.
