WhatsApp for Windows Phone gets Updated

WhatsApp is one of the most popular messaging services on smartphones across all mobile platforms at the moment, iOS, Android, BlackBerry, Windows Phone and Nokia devices. The messaging application allows smartphone users to send and receive messages including audio files, video files, images and even your GPS co-ordinates to other smartphone users with the app on their device.

WhatsAppWindows Phone users are now receiving notifications for an new update for the application, the update brings new features such as the ability to send multiple images and saved videos to the recipients. The new features were initially introduced in a beta version and are now available from a stable version.

The new version of the application is now available for download from the Windows Phone Store, its free for the first year but afterwards it will cost $0.99 to keep per year. The new version allows the user to attach up to 10 images at one time, send existing videos as well as the ability to change your phone number as well as migrate your information to a new number.
