ZTE has another android-powered handset entering the U.S. market very soon, the new smartphone goes by the name ZTE Grand X and it was just spotted going through the FCC for approval to be sold by T-Mobile. The carrier branding appears on the back panel of the smartphone hinting the final destination for the mid-range device.
The Grand X will come with a 4.3-inch IPS LCD display with a 960×540 resolution, powered by a 1GHz dual-core processor, it has a 5-megapixel camera on the rear and runs the Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich OS. There’s no word on pricing or when T-Mobile will start selling this phone, but we’re assuming that it might be early 2013.
T-Mobile will probably be offering this mid-range android device for free with a contract or perhaps at an extremely affordable price.
