The lube with proper viscosity is necessary before reduction gears is put into operation, reduction gears can give full play to its funtion when making gears less friction, meeting high load and shocking load
It is necessary to drain off the lube after it is used about 200 hours for the first use, then fill lube to a height of middle of oil leveler after it is rinsed thoroughly, but higher location or lower location can cause higher temperature
